The Civic Leadership Academy Curriculum Application Process
To be eligible, a student must be attending high school in the state of Florida (including graduating seniors) over the age of 16 by July 1 or at least entering their junior year of high school in the fall.
In accordance with a policy of equal opportunity recruitment, the Lou Frey Institute strongly encourages women and minority students to apply.
The application includes the following components:
- The application, which includes a one page essay.
- A current high school transcript.
- A letter of recommendation from a teacher.
- A recommendation from your school Guidance Counselor.
Component #1, the application, can be filled out by the student online or by downloading an application and mailing it to the Institute. Component #3 and #4 will be completed by the necessary party and mailed to the Institute.
